- Take good care of your home and keep the inside of your home clean and decorated.
- Don’t make any changes to your home without our written permission
- Ask us for permission before getting any pets at home.
- Keep any communal areas free from hazards
- Report any issues to us as soon as possible and arrange a mutually convenient time for us to visit you in your home at regular intervals.
- Be considerate of your neighbours and any visitors and do not engage in any form of anti-social behaviour.
- Pay your rent and let us know if you are experiencing any financial problems or change in circumstances so that we can support you.
If you do not abide by the terms and conditions of your tenancy agreement, we may end your tenancy and move to evicting you. We have to get a court order to do this, and you will be informing in writing about this and your options throughout this period.
If you wish to end your tenancy, you must give us a minimum of 28 days’ notice in writing.
You must leave your home in a clean state and remove any rubbish and personal belongings. You must also pay for any damage and outstanding repairs which are your responsibility.
Your tenancy will only end once you have left the property, returned your keys and signed a relinquish tenancy form. Please note, you will still be liable for rent until you have done this.
